We use 3 Kinds of
Mozzarella, Provolone,
and Parmesan (Reggiano).
It's the Real Deal!
NO soy or pre-shred!

Our Sauces

Simply tomato “San Marzano D.O.P”, basil and touch of fresh garlic.

Our Dough

00 and hard flour, yeast, salt, water and love. Nothing more! It’s a 3-day process, so the dough develops just like the old days.

~All our pies are one size 16-to-18-inch, feed easily 3 adults. ~

Please note: Due to challenges with food supply chains, some of our quality ingredients are harder to get, therefore we have chosen not to replace some of them with lower or sub-standard products and we may run out of some items. We’re working hard at it! Thank you.
