The basics of a good pie

Our Cheese

We are using 3 kind of mozzarella, provolone, parmesan (Reggiano).
It’s the real deal, no soy or pre shred or process.

Our Sauces

Simply tomato “San Marzano D.O.P”, basil and touch of fresh garlic.

Our Dough

00 and hard flour, yeast, salt, water and love. Nothing more! It’s a 3-day process, so the dough develops just like the old days.
